receipts through its own bank account. All suppliers’ invoices
are authorised by you and sent to our office for processing. Cheques
are drawn from the Mutual Trust bank account and mailed to suppliers
or deposited directly into the supplier’s nominated bank
account. Your own account with Mutual Trust is reconciled daily
with statements of activity sent to you on a monthly basis. Funds
for your personal drawings and other expenditure can be transferred
from Mutual Trust into a bank account of your choice.
Mutual Trust can also claim Medicare and other
health insurance rebates for clients. These proceeds are credited
directly to your account with Mutual Trust.
Alternatively, Mutual Trust operates as signatory
on some clients’ own bank accounts. This allows for us to
process your payments and receipts directly into or from a bank account
of your choice.
